Designed for homes and small businesses, this single-phase hybrid inverter delivers a rated output of 6kW and supports low-voltage battery systems. Its advanced energy-management capabilities help maximize solar consumption, reduce electricity costs and maintain backup power during grid outages.
Efficient Solar Power Generation
The Solis S6 6kW inverter features two independent MPPT trackers that help improve solar generation from panels installed in different directions or exposed to varying sunlight conditions.
It supports a recommended solar-array capacity of up to 12kW and provides up to 9.6kW of usable PV input power, making it suitable for high-capacity residential solar installations.
Low-Voltage Battery Compatibility
The inverter supports 40–60V lithium-ion and lead-acid batteries. CAN and RS485 communication allow compatible lithium batteries to exchange operating data with the inverter’s battery-management system.
With a maximum battery charge and discharge current of 135A, the inverter can charge supported battery systems efficiently and provide strong backup performance when required.
Fast Backup Power
During a power outage, the Solis S6 can switch from grid operation to backup mode in less than 10 milliseconds in a compatible single-inverter installation.
It also supports up to 200% of rated backup power for 10 seconds, helping operate demanding appliances such as air conditioners, water pumps, refrigerators and motor-based equipment.
Generator and Smart-Load Support
The Solis S6-EH1P6K-L-PLUS supports generator connection and automatic generator control. It can also manage selected smart loads according to available solar generation, battery charge level and backup requirements.
Its adjustable battery reserve settings allow users to preserve stored energy for essential appliances during grid failures.
Flexible System Expansion
Up to six compatible Solis S6 inverters can be connected in parallel for installations requiring higher power capacity.
