The Solis S6-EH1P8K-L-PLUS 8kW Hybrid Inverter is an advanced energy-management solution for solar panels, battery storage, grid electricity, and generator power.
Designed for single-phase residential and small commercial installations, it delivers 8kW rated AC output while providing intelligent energy storage, fast backup power, and flexible system expansion.
High-Capacity Solar Input
The Solis S6 8kW Hybrid Inverter supports a recommended PV array capacity of up to 16kW and provides up to 12.8kW of usable PV input power.
Two independent MPPT trackers help maximize solar-energy production from panels installed in different orientations or operating under varying sunlight conditions. The inverter supports up to 32A input current on each MPPT, making it suitable for modern high-power solar panels.
Low-Voltage Battery Compatibility
The inverter supports 40–60V lithium-ion and lead-acid batteries, offering flexibility when selecting a compatible energy-storage solution.
A maximum battery charge and discharge current of 190A enables fast battery charging and strong backup performance. CAN and RS485 communication interfaces allow compatible batteries and battery-management systems to communicate with the inverter.

During a grid outage, the Solis S6 8kW Hybrid Inverter can switch from on-grid operation to backup mode in less than 10 milliseconds in a compatible single-inverter system.
It supports up to 200% of rated backup power for 10 seconds, helping start appliances and equipment with high initial power requirements, including:

Smart-load management allows the inverter to control selected appliances according to available solar power, battery charge level, and backup requirements.
